The Northern Ireland Goat Club is the oldest established goatkeeping organisation in Ireland. Founded in 1965, the NIGC actively promotes all activities associated with goatkeeping. Club Meets with Minister

NIGC representatives met this summer with Agriculture Minister Michelle Gildernew and officials from DARD to discuss welfare concerns related to ear tagging. Also tabled were the current restrictions on importing breeding stock from GB.
